Who We are & What We Do
RCF Arena was established only a few years ago and, in its early stages, focused more on hosting major international concerts rather than producing them, working alongside highly प्रतिष्ठious partners such as Live Nation, Vivo Concerti and Barley Arts. Until January 2025, Campo Volo Srl held the exclusive role of artistic direction.
In January 2025, things changed. With a new agreement, C.Volo S.p.A — the parent company that includes seven other companies, among them Campo Volo Srl (co-founded by Ferdinando Salzano) and Coopservice, the most prominent company within the group — decided to give all shareholders full operational freedom. As a result, from early 2025, C.Volo S.p.A began planning its first major event not only as the owner of Europe's largest venue, RCF Arena, but also as a promoter — challenging the balance of multinational corporations that currently hold an almost monopolistic position in the live entertainment industry in Italy and abroad.
RCF Arena is an Italian excellence made up of a new, high-level international team with one clear objective: to bring the positive vibrations of the world's greatest festivals and global events to Italy, breaking away from the traditional touring concert format. With a single ticket, audiences will be able to enjoy multiple live concerts, DJ sets, parties and afterparties lasting until dawn — all enhanced by cinematic scenography and some of the world's leading creative designers — finally bringing Italy to the forefront of this extraordinary sector of the live entertainment industry.
Coopservice, the parent company of C.Volo S.p.A, alone generates €1.5 billion in revenue, with profits of approximately €750 million, and is just one of the seven companies that own and promote RCF Arena.
The investment made by these private shareholders is truly remarkable and will bring added pride to Reggio Emilia, the Emilia-Romagna Region, and Italy as a whole, alongside significant economic growth driven by the immense impact that HellWatt Festival and upcoming ambitious projects will generate for the community.

Frequently asked Questions
Are there Multi-Day Pass tickets available?
Yes. As soon as we announce the full lineup for July 4th — coming very soon — and tickets go on sale, Multi-Day Passes for the weekend of July 4th–5th, 2026 will be available.
Can I bring a portable phone charger?
Yes, and you will also find dedicated charging stations throughout the Arena.
Will there be official festival merchandise available?
Yes. Inside the Arena you will find official HellWatt Festival merchandise, including hoodies, backpacks, and even sleeping bags for those who wish to rest on our lawns within the warming zones we are creating — complete with restroom and shower services. Warming Zone access passes can be purchased on-site together with a sleeping bag (limited spots available).
How do I pay for food & beverages inside the Arena?
Ordering and payment are simple: just scan one of the QR codes located throughout the Arena. Then, using the interactive map, head to your designated pickup point for your order — whether it's food, merchandise, or simply a fresh beer.
Will there be shaded areas during the hottest hours, including morning and afternoon while waiting in line?
Of course. We are designing air-conditioned relaxation zones, shaded sail structures with micro-ionized water mist systems, and from both the Main Stage and the Zamna Stage we will install futuristic water cannon systems.
Can I sleep inside the Arena? Are there camping areas nearby? Where can I buy parking tickets? Will there be special night trains?
A: We've truly thought of everything.
Inside the Arena, on the lawn of our natural amphitheatre, you'll find dedicated Warming Zones that will open after the concerts for anyone wishing to rest during the night.
Access tickets can be purchased on-site along the Boulevard, and you will receive a complimentary HellWatt Festival branded sleeping bag (limited availability). Luxury restroom facilities and showers will also be provided.
In addition, we have arranged special night trains and bus services.
